How to overcome anxiety of break up
Breakups may result in anxiety, stress and the worst thing is mental illness. It's so hard to cope up with it but no matter what we need to help ourselves to overcome it.
We all know that healing a broken heart is a rough ride and can be potentially a destructive period.
Tips on how you can manage your break up.
#1. Let go of who you were. Understand that everything happened for a reason. Focus on who you are now. Go out with your friends.
#2. Talk to other people with experience. Seek advice from your friends, family, and other people who really care. Better to those people who have experienced it. It could help a lot also if you will go on a counseling session.
#3. Take care of yourself. Love yourself. This is the very first time that I am doing in order to heal a broken heart. After break up you always feel that nobody cares about you anymore. Loving and taking care of yourself is the best.
#4. Time will heal. Let the time heal the wound that you have. Though you need to help yourself also. You have also to nurture your mental health.
#5. Feel it out. It's okay not to be okay. If you want to cry, cry. If you feel like screaming, get out a pillow, and do your worst. Cry out loud if you want. It will help.
The pain and grief are real. These are the aftermath of break up. Just take a deep breath and this will pass.
